You choose the place, we provide the mobile hibachi catering.
How can I make a reservation?
All of our bookings are currently done through our telphone# +1 203-929-8333 . If you are going to be 30+ guests, please book two reservations for the same date and time, so we can send two chefs. There are no extra fees for an additional chef.
If the group are over 30 persons, will I pay extra money?
No. Party size of 30+ guests require 2 chefs. Please Book the appointments if group is over 30 ! There is no Extra Charge for 2 Chefs.
Will you charge extra money if my place is far from you?
Travel Fee and minimum may vary depending on location. Chef subject to change depending on location.
How to make a payment?
Wild Kanji accept Credit card, Zelle, Cash App payment.
What does the customers provide?
The customer must provide the place and set up tables, chairs, plates and utensils. We don’t need anything else from you, we bring the rest.
How much does your service cost?
Our Service has a base price of $50 per person with a $500 minimum spend. All fees are included EXCEPT gratuity. Suggested gratuity is 20% of total bill. Our services are cash only. There is no deposit required, all payments are due the day of the event.
Do you set up tables and chairs ?
Sorry, no. We do not. We provide the chef, grill, food, sake and the best part ENTERTAINMENT ! Customers will provide utensils and table set ups. For more information on set ups please check out our Instagram @wildkanjihibachi to see how other customers set up!
Do you cook inside homes?
We only cook on outside premises. Our experience is open to terraces, balconies, and under awnings. At this time we do not cook in any indoor premises. All though you can set your party up inside, the chef will cook outside!
Do you cook with nuts or sesame products?
No, our food does not contain any nuts or sesame products. Please notify the booking agent of any other food allergy a customer may have.
Can you accommodate Gluten Free?
Yes we have serviced many gluten free customers. We ask that you bring your favorite gluten free soy sauce and teriyaki sauce for the chef to cook your portion separate !
What if someone does not eat meat?
We can provide tofu to meet vegetarian and vegan needs. The price per person does not change. We will supplement their dishes with additional food such as extra veggies, salad, and noodles.
Can the customer provide their own proteins?
Due to insurance and pricing requirements, we do not cook any outside protein or food at this time.
What time will the chef arrive?
The chef will arrive approximately 10 minutes prior to reservation time. Our set up process is seamless and only takes a few minutes.
How many hours does the hibachi chef cook?
The chef often cook for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. The customer must provide and set up tables, chairs, plates and utensils. We don’t need anything else from you, we bring the rest.
